Limited Warranty

Olympus Iron Doors provides this limited warranty and applies to products installed under normal residential use and service conditions.

One (1) Year Limited Warranty – After Finish Out

For a period of one (1) year from Finish Out, the Company warrants that the paint finish, color application, and welding workmanship will be free from defects, including any factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper care or maintenance

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Dents or impact damage

  • Dog scratching or pet-related damage

  • Key marks

  • Deep scratching

  • Cosmetic damage after installation

  • Environmental exposure beyond normal residential conditions

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Two (2) Year Limited Warranty – Glass Labor

For a period of two (2) years after Finish out the Company warrants labor related to the following:

·         Removal of Damaged Glass under the five-year warranty of the supplier

·         Glass Installation Covered by a technician

This labor warranty does not cover scratching, cosmetic damage, dents, impact damage, improper care, structural movement of the building, misuse, abuse, or damage caused by third parties on door and glass.

 

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty – Glass of the supplier

For a period of five (5) years from Finish Out, insulated glass units are warranted against:

  • Internal fogging

  • Seal failure resulting in moisture between panes

  • Internal rainbowing

  • Internal peeling caused by manufacturer defect

This warranty does not cover:

  • Broken glass

  • Scratched glass

  • Impact damage

  • Improper cleaning

  • Damage caused by external forces

General Conditions

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The Company’s obligation under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective materials or workmanship at its sole discretion.

The Company shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes over time, and damage resulting from lack of maintenance are not covered under this warranty.
