Olympus doors offers high-quality wrought iron doors in contemporary, traditional, pivot or Mediterranean styles. The doors can be single or double doors and we can personalize with arched, eyebrow, half-circle or elliptical shapes on the top of the doors. Our doors can be pre-hung, pre-assembled ready for installation. With frames, and door jambs.
The glass we use is always tempered double pane, unless otherwise specified by our customers to meet the needs of their projects. It is also insulated with air between the metal edges and the panes are separated 1/4 to 5/8. Other sizes of glass can be tailored to meet the building codes at the time of the order. We offer 9 different door handles.
Frames are filled with insulated foam and rubber weather strips are applied around the doors and glass frames along with rubber sweeps attached to the threshold at the bottom of the doors. The combination of the weather strips and the rubber sweeps create a sealing agent that makes the units weather tight.
Given the need of the door units, we will provide the builder with measurements for the rough openings. If the rough opening has been previously framed in, the doors can be manufactured to accommodate the existing dimensions. Rough openings must have triple solid studs so that the units can be securely attached.
